Twinkle Stars
(Ages Toddler to 3)

Twinkle Stars is a parent participation class introducing children from walking age to 3 years old to movement and exercise. The class is fun, upbeat and designed to enhance a child’s motor, listening, and social skills.

Classes are 60 minutes, once per week.

Shooting Stars & North Stars
(Ages 3 to 5)

Shooting Stars is an exciting program for preschool aged children ready to try a class without their parents. Tumbling on a mat, hanging and swinging from the bars, and bouncing on the trampoline all provide a sensory input that connects the body to the brain. Shooting Stars students gain confidence by conquering obstacles, playing games, and having fun. Students work toward goals and earn achievement awards along the way.

North Stars is similar to Shooting Stars but designed for the older (4-5 yrs.) or more experienced preschool aged child. Students gain confidence through mastering age appropriate obstacles and challenges related to gymnastics and cheer.

Classes are 60 minutes, once per week.

Tiny Galactic Ninja Warriors
(Ages 3-5)

Tiny Galactic Ninja Warriors is a high energy class introduction to the sport of Ninja Fitness for children ages 3-5. Classes utilize our preschool curriculum and incorporate elements of ninja obstacles, preschool tumbling, and freestyle movement to leave students feeling accomplished and wanting to learn more. Class goals include listening skills, building confidence, and acquiring grit though overcoming challenges.

Classes are 60 minutes, once per week.
