GYMNASTICS
(Ages 5+)
Shining Stars (Ages 5-7)
TUITION: $299 PER MONTH
Shining Stars is for children ages 5-7 interested in learning gymnastics fundamentals on floor, vault, beam, and bars, including basic skills such as handstands, cartwheels and pullovers. Students are provided a pink “sparkle belt” at registration for which they earn colored sparkles as they master individual skills, helping them set goals and feel a sense of accomplishment as they achieve them. Classes are 60 minutes, one time per week.
Children who have mastered basic skills progress to Shining Stars Plus or our Rising Stars team development program (described below). Please call us at (310) 219-6185 to discuss advanced programs.
Little Dippers & Little Dippers Plus (Ages 7-10)
TUITION: $299 PER MONTH
Little Dippers is for children ages 7-10 interested in learning gymnastics fundamentals on floor, vault, beam, and bars. Students work within RISE’s progression system and receive recognition on their sparkle belts as they master basic “pink” and “yellow” skills, such as cartwheels, handstands and pullovers.
Little Dippers Plus is for children ages 7-10 who have mastered basic skills are ready to work on more advanced “purple” and “black” skills.
Classes are 60 minutes, one time per week.
Big Dippers & Big Dippers Plus (Ages 10-18)
TUITION: $299 PER MONTH
Big Dippers is for children ages 10-18 who are interested in learning gymnastics fundamentals on floor, vault, beam, and bars. Students work within RISE’s progression system and receive recognition on their sparkle belts as they master basic “pink” and “yellow” skills, such as cartwheels, handstands and pullovers.
Big Dippers Plus is for children ages 10-18 who have mastered basic skills and are ready to work on more advanced “purple” and “black” skills.
Classes are 60 minutes, one time per week.
Rising Stars
(Team Development, Ages 5-11)
tuition: $479 per month
Rising Stars is an invitation-only, accelerated program for aspiring competitive gymnasts and cheer athletes ages 5-11. Students work to develop the fundamental skills necessary to qualify for competitive gymnastics pre-team or an elite cheer team. Classes incorporate elements of both gymnastics and cheer. Eligible participants can participate in this class while also participating in one of our recreational gymanstics or cheer classes.
Rising Stars includes a junior group for students ages 5-8 and a senior group for students ages 8-11. Classes are 90 minutes each, twice per week.

Ninjastics! (Ages 6-10)
tuition: $299 per month
Ninja + Gymnastics = Ninjastics! An exciting and fun filled class that combines Ninja skills with gymnastics fundamentals on bars and floor.
Cheernastics! (Ages 6-11)
TUITION: $299 PER MONTH
Cheer + Gymnastics = Cheernastics! An exciting and energetic class that combines the basics of cheer stunting and tumbling with gymnastics bars and beam.
